Exercise does not come naturally to me, in fact I was overweight as a teenager. In my early 20's "Pump" classes became popular and after one try I was hooked. This made me realise that finding exercise activities that I enjoy and doing them regularly help me stay trim and fit. I follow this easy formula and I would like to share it you:
Being Active + Enjoyment + Regularity = Fitness
My focus is on correcting and improving postural imbalances and functional movements. The aim is to (re)train the body to carry its own weight with strength and grace. This is achieved through stretching, bodyweight exercises, light weight training and cardio for heart health.
At our first meeting we chat, get to know each other and discuss wellness goals. Your lifestyle and habits are important and we work out your new fitness plan to match the way you live. Then I assess your posture, movements and body stats which give insight into your muscular and functional balance.
Your new fitness plan will help improve your cardiovascular health, energy levels, flexibility, muscle tone, core strength and nutrition. Within 2-3 weeks you will already feel brighter, lighter and alive!
